That one Splatoon lore youtuber. I also like to draw, especially my Splatoon OCs, Cress and Verna. I am not fluent in Japanese, and I am not a professional translator by any sense of the word. However, I have been studying Japanese on and off for several years, and am currently attending a language school in Japan. Translating is a fun way to motivate me to learn the language more, and to get my hands on fresh Splatoon lore.Speaking of Splatoon lore, here is my document compiling all the obscure stuff I can find. It also has links to my translations of the artbooks and interviews!note: my name is pronounced like 'kai' not 'key.' my username is just my name transliterated in japanese, カイ, and reflects this pronunciation for those who can read kana!

Commission Info / T.O.S

Here is my commission form. However, my commissions are not open often. When I do open them, I will say so on my Twitter/Tumblr.

  • Commission prices are listed in USD.

  • Payments are in full up-front and done through Paypal only. I use Paypal invoices to request payment.

  • Complex poses, designs, and additional props may cost extra.

  • Please provide visual references when commissioning me. Definitely references of the character. Pose references are optional but very helpful!

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  • If I have already started your commission, I will not accept full refunds.

  • I will send you a sketch for approval, and at that point you may ask for some revisions, such as slight changes to the pose, any details on your character that I missed, etc.

  • However, after the sketch is approved, I will only allow for very minor revisions, such as color changes. There will be an additional charge if you want any major changes.

  • Please do not claim my artwork as your own. You may use the artwork you commissioned for personal use only.

  • If posting a commission you received from me elsewhere online, please credit me!

  • My turnaround time varies depending on my current life circumstances. I may be slow. I may have other commissions queued before yours. If I haven't given any updates on your commission in over a week and no explanation why I'm taking a while, feel free to nudge me.

  • Upon receiving of payment, I will send a higher quality PNG of the design.

  • You may not use my art as NFTs or whatever crypocurrency bullshit

  • Do not take credit for my artwork and/or designs. If you have bought an adopt from me, you are welcome to tweak the design, but please credit me as the original creator.

  • Art may only be used for personal use only. You may not resell an adopt higher than the price you bought it for, unless the design comes with additional art upon sale or trade.

  • not required but if you draw/commission art of a design you've bought from me, I'd like to see it <3
